Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for full priced hair extensions.
The ties on the hair extensions must be intact. The full set of Hair Extensions including the packaging must be in its original condition. Hair Extensions that are final sale will be marked under the product description. Any Hair Extensions that is returned open or not in it’s original condition is subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee of the full price of the Hair Extensions (coupon discount price not included).

Sapphire Hair does not reimburse duties or taxes incurred in your country. Delivery and shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. Packages returned due to return to sender or abandonment will be refunded with the deduction of incurred expenses. We highly recommend sending us your tracking number when returning an item.

Hair Extensions and Hair Styling Tools purchased with a promotional code are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Products purchased during a site wide sale, i.e., Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Monday, etc., are eligible to exchange only + shipping costs. Any special conditions for products will be indicated in the description.
Our hair extensions come with 2 bundles wrapped in hair nets. The smaller bundle is your testing sample. You can remove the net and test this piece against your hair. Do not open the larger bundle or remove the gold ties from either bundle. If the gold ties are removed then the extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unopened/ original condition hair extensions means hair that has never been used. The security gold ties are intact – in the original form. Hair extensions that are in an opened condition is discarded. Hair extensions returned that are open is subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original hair extension price. Opened Hair Extensions cannot be returned due to its hygienic nature.
For Hair Styling Tools, this means that the box has not been opened and the tool has never been plugged in. Tools returned open are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Yes, customers are responsible for paying for their courier for their return or exchange. We highly recommend purchasing tracking information as Sapphire Hair is not liable for any lost or damaged returns.
