How to use:
STEP 1: CUT THE LINING – Each Sapphire Hair Donut comes with a lining. Cut the inner first layer of the Donut in a full 360 circle. Once cut, unravel the Sapphire Hair Donut.
STEP 2: UNRAVEL & CUT DESIRED AMOUNT – Once the first layer is unraveled, continue until you reach the desired size and cut.
