HOW TO CLIP IN SAPPHIRE HAIR EXTENSIONS

STEP 1- SEPARATE EXTENSION CLIPS IN ORDER

Your pretty little box will include a 10-piece set of hair extensions. Separate the pieces according to the number of clips. For instance; 1 clip, 2 clips, 3 clips, and 4 clips. This will make you application process much easier.

STEP 2 – SECTION YOUR HAIR

Begin separating your hair starting at the lower back section of your head (closest to your neck). Section your hair horizontally so the clips can be easily applied (do not section your hair vertically). Remember, you can begin sectioning your hair however low or high you want to start. This also depends on how many extension pieces you will use. Ensure you clip away any extra hair so it does not come in the way when you are inserting the hair wefts.

STEP 3- MEASURE THE WEFT

The first weft you apply to the lowest section should be long enough to be perfectly applied to your hairline from left to right. Your clips should not exceed your hair line. Open the clips and insert them into your hair. Remember, always start left to right or right to left when applying the clips to ensure the weft is a perfect fit. Insert the clip, you will hear a light snap. Ensure you snap the clip shut, so it can grip your hair. Make sure you clip your hair and not your raw scalp, grab your natural hair with the claws on the clips (this will ensure they do not slip out).

STEP 4: INSERT THE REMAINING WEFTS

Begin releasing the other sections and create new partings to insert the next weft according to your hairline. Continue and repeat, until all wefts or the desired amount is applied. Ensure that each weft lays flat against your sculp, if there are gaps- then reapply the clips. The 4 x 1 clip extensions should be applied to both sides of your face for framing.

STEP 5: REMOVING CLIP-IN EXTENSIONS

Simply remove your hair extensions by opening all the clips and sliding them out of your hair. Make sure you DO NOT try to remove the extensions without opening the clips.
